Finbar began his artistic journey in 2002 with spray paint in Cyprus, sparking a passion for graffiti and street art that led him across Europe. After earning an Honours BA in Visual Communications from LSAD in 2010, he returned to Galway and established his studio in Woodquay in 2015. His work explores the intersection of art, community, and healing, with exhibitions at venues such as Galway Arts Centre and Town Hall Theatre. Notable projects include ‘Time’, a mental health installation at Galway University Hospital, and ‘Love vs Fear’, which examines human connection. Internationally, he has created community-focused works in Romania and China. Today, his practice is shifting toward immersive 3D sculptural experiences that invite deeper engagement and reflection.
